Absolute worst fast food experience I've ever had. Waited in drive-thru line for 10 minutes with no movent, so I parked and went inside. Waited another 10 minutes to order my food, then waited and waited. Me and my 1 year old sat for over 30 minutes waiting for our food after we had ordered, only to come up to the counter and discover they had lost my order and had to reprint the receipt and start over. Tons of other customers were waiting around and waiting a very long time to receive their orders to go. The employees seemed very chaotic behind the counter with lost orders, not knowing where things were, and just scrambling. They weren't low staffed they were all just providing terrible service. It was the trip to Wendy's from hell. What should have been a 10 minutes trip turned into an hour ordeal. Never going to this Wendys again.
