BOUNTIFUL, Utah (KUTV) — A 16-year-old girl has died after a rock pillar reportedly fell on top of her at a West Bountiful home. Police responded to the scene in the 800 W block of Heritage Point Lane for a traumatic injury. Witnesses reported a rock pillar had accidently fallen on a teenage girl. The victim was visiting the property with friends at the time of the incident. Medical personnel arrived and transported the girl to Lakeview Hospital in critical condition, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
