ST. GEORGE — Preserving access to public lands for recreational use is the focus of Jason Curry, the new director of the Utah Division of Outdoor Recreation. 'Stewardship of public lands and stewardship of our outdoor recreation venues is everybody's responsibility,' Curry told St. George News. 'So we take that very seriously as one of our roles to communicate and help people understand the importance of taking care of the spaces that we all love, share and want to preserve and preserve access to.
