by: The North Platte Bulletin - Mar. 27, 2023 State troopers arrested a man and found a missing teenage girl from Utah Sunday in an I-80 traffic stop in Deuel County. Nebraska State Patrol spokesman Cody Thomas said around 3:05 p.m. MT Sunday a trooper saw an eastbound Honda Accord driving on the shoulder of I-80 near Chappell and pulled it over. During the stop, the trooper discovered that a passenger, a 16-year-old female, was reported missing from Bountiful, Utah. The girl was placed in protective custody.
