BOUNTIFUL, Utah — A Utah family is mourning the loss of a father of three who disappeared while snorkeling in Hawaii. Phil Bailey, 58, of Bountiful, was visiting Oahu with his two brothers when, on Tuesday, he disappeared in Shark's Cove.
